We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager NL/UK, based in UK.

The Junior Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short-term and long term client projects. These clients range from Tier 1 Investment Banks and Hedge Funds through to Global ISPs as well as other Service Providers. Based in London, you will be supporting senior members of staff and generally contributing to the ongoing success of the Service Delivery team.

Prior experience as a Junior Project Manager, Project Administrator, PMO Analyst, or similar, as well as very strong planning, prioritisation, and communication skills. Knowledge of relevant methodologies – such as PRINCE2 – would be advantageous, as would some degree of familiarity with tools such as MS Project.

As you will ultimately be given projects of your own to manage, this is an excellent opportunity to further your PM career, combing professional development with genuine responsibility.

The Project Manager Key responsibilities will be:
– Manage the project delivery, quality & communication externally and internally.
– Produce the project delivery plan.
– Manage the communication with the partner, client and internal.
– Report directly to the customer and internal on project status, risk/issues, progress.
– Manage potential scope changes and change control
– Report project status with used applications

The Project Manager must be able to demonstrate the following:
– Focus on service delivery.
– Highly motivated.
– Self-sustaining.
– Quality work.

Education required:
– Preferred graduate to degree level.

The Project Manager must be able to work with the following applications:
– Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint)
– Preferable knowledge of Salesforce and OTRS
